売買契約を完了。
同居の二人が気づかないまま、電気や水道のライフラインが停止し、初めて事態に気づき混乱した。

Domestic Issues: The son and girlfriend were unemployed and financially dependent on the seller’s part-time income and survivor’s pension. Furthermore, the seller was a victim of physical violence from the two individuals.

We secured a rental property for the seller (the mother) in secret.
